Hâricî is a term created by the addition of the suffix to the word haric, which is an adjective in the meaning of "leaving, revolting," meaning "leaving, leaving obedience", and the name of the community is used for the name of the community.Hijri as a political sect in the religion of Islam emerged in the first century and is a movement that has manifested itself in different ways for centuries. It constitutes 2% of the Arab States. It is known that most of the Kharijites objected to many decrees fixed by the sunnah and hadith. The sources say that they claim that the thief's hand will be cut, regardless of whether it is more or less, protected or not, and that they refuse to anoint stoning and fasting because it is not in the Qur'an. Formalism has been the most prominent feature of the External mentality. The Kharijites did not hesitate to kill those who did not think like themselves; so much so that they even considered it permissible to kill women and children. The Kharijites claimed that only the External ones were the 'emancipatory party' and declared those who did not adopt the External views as infidels. It is known that they live in Djerba, Zanzibar, and some districts of Tanzania in Tunisia.
