Hybrid wars, which are carried out by using terrorist organizations and resorting to all kinds of violence, incorporate the strategy of acting by making use of technology. At this point, there is an unconventional combat strategy. For example, Russia's annexation of Crimea and the war carried out by the ISIS terrorist organization in Syria and Iraq are hybrid warfare. The term hybrid warfare was first defined in Frank Hoffman's work titled "Conflict In The 21st Century: The Rise Of Hybrid Wars" published in 2007.
