An airstrike is the event of an aerial attack with air vehicles and air troops on an area that is presumed to be the enemy or is known for certain. Air strikes result in less loss of life and less cost than ground attacks.
A response to a political issue that involves military action or the use of weapons. A response made by an armed police officer , team etc. to a particular emergency situation.
The concept of “Asymmetric War” indicates that “where a great inequality between two warring sides in case of military equipment, having a regular army or not, strong/weak strategy to gain superiority in war and technological advancement”.
The most well-known example of asymmetric war in international politics is the September 11 attack by Al-Qaeda where there was a war between a strong state, the USA and on the other side there was a terrorist organization, a coalition but not a state.
