The definition of a rotary wing made by the International Civil Aviation Organization is "an aircraft powered by one or more rotors for flight". Rotary Wing aircraft come to the fore with the ability to overcome gravity with the lifting force as a result of the rotation of the panels and achieve flight. Today, Rotary Wing Air Vehicles are used in many fields. Rotary Wing Aerial Vehicles are used in safety with the placement of various weapons on them. Although there has been a tendency towards Unmanned Aerial Vehicles with the developing technologies in recent years, Rotary Wing Aerial Vehicles are frequently used in defense and attack events.
